The Address at Harbor Point

Designed to evoke a slender, graceful silhouette, the dual towers of The Address at Harbor Point form both a striking focal point and a defining gateway to Dubai Creek Harbor. Rising 65 and 53 stories, the towers comprise a premier residential development that seamlessly blends a branded hotel with luxury apartments. An innovative floor plate allows for diverse unit configurations on every level while being strategically oriented to maximize access to sweeping and unobstructed views.

The towers create a sophisticated, subtle skyline profile — their corners are softened, and the forms gradually taper at the upper levels as they “dissolve” into the sky. The team employed computational design and parametric modeling to shape the towers for optimal views from each room, minimize shadows on the pool deck and ground-level outdoor recreation areas, and study hundreds of different unit mixes to explicitly tie the architectural solution to the client’s business model.
